ICAT 2020 will be held at the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas (ESPE), located in Quito, Ecuador. ESPE is a public institution of higher education originated from the School of Engineering created on June 16, 1922. It is one of the most prestigious universities in Ecuador.
